Preparing your order

Every order is carefully prepared before leaving our workshop and is usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Whenever possible, orders placed before 3:00 PM (Swiss time) are dispatched the same day.

 

Estimated delivery

Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are:

• Switzerland: 1–3 business days

• Europe: approximately 2–5 business days

• Rest of the world: delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

 

International orders

For deliveries outside Switzerland, your local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT or other taxes upon arrival.

If applicable, these charges are determined by your country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Delivery delays

Although we work with trusted carriers, unexpected delays caused by transport providers, customs or local conditions may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding should this happen.
