If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Include the original packaging where applicable
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Personalised or custom-made items may also be non-returnable unless faulty.

We'll provide you with the return instructions and assist you throughout the process.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Since shipping is complimentary, there are no shipping charges to refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
