Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping and are delighted to deliver Tarcame creations around the world.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders, wherever you are.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times then depend on the destination country. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Are all products eligible for return?
Most products may be returned provided they have not been worn, used, washed or damaged, and are returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalised items may also be excluded.

Our creations are designed in Switzerland and crafted by carefully selected artisans and workshops who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Are all your creations unique?
Many of our creations are handmade or produced in small series. Natural materials and handcrafted techniques mean that slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Why are some products no longer available?
At Tarcame, our collections naturally evolve over time. As our brand grows, we carefully refine our selection to ensure every creation reflects our values of Roots, Craftsmanship and Connection.
Some pieces are unique or produced in very small series, which means they may not always be restocked. Similar creations may occasionally be reintroduced, and you are welcome to contact us for special requests or pre-orders.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a permanent boutique, but we regularly participate in selected markets and events across Switzerland.
Private appointments can also be arranged by prior agreement.
