1. What shipping options are available?

​We ship within Switzerland at a flat rate of CHF 5.- , within Europe for a flat rate of CHF 7.- and broader for 10.-. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day; later orders are shipped the next business day. International shipping is available on request — please contact us for a personalized quote.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping upon request. Simply reach out to us and we’ll provide a shipping quote and delivery timeframe based on your location.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Within Switzerland: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2-5 business days depending on destination and customs

4. Can I return or exchange an item?​

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How do I book a virtual product presentation?

You can book a personalized online appointment through our Book Online page. Choose a time that works for you, and we’ll guide you through a virtual viewing of our collection.

6. What if an item is out of stock?

If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll be happy to help source it or recommend a similar alternative. Please contact us for support.
